A little anecdote you can use for your talk (because your known for them)...
Last week our elders spoke in Sacramento meeting. One is about 5'4", cute as can be, but looks like he's 12-13 years old. He started off his talk with a little bit of a shakey voice and said to forgive him, but that he was nervous. He says that when he gives talks his mouth goes dry, and his feet start to sweat. "If only there were some way I could stick my foot in my mouth."
